This just in from Hendry County:

JOINT GOVERNMENTAL MEETING BETWEEN HENDRY COUNTY AND THE CITIES OF
CLEWISTON AND LABELLE

The public is invited to attend a joint governmental meeting  between Hendry County and the Cities of Clewiston and Labelle on the  South Florida Inland Port Project. The meeting will be held on  October 2, 2008 at the John Boy Auditorium, 1200 South W.C. Owen Ave, Clewiston, Florida. The presentation begins at 10:00 a.m. There will be a tour of the Airglades Airport and Hilliard properties following the meeting. The County is tentatively planning a luncheon
after the tour at the John Boy Auditorium.

All persons wishing to be heard on this issue may appear at  said meeting. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Chair with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
