Through a partnership with South Florida Water Management District we have access to this restricted STA. 

******Every participant needs to print and sign (including your address) the South Florida Water Management Liability Release bring it with you to the trip. Located on AE Home page Programs and Events-> Field Trips-> Liability Release Form. The field guide will collect it.

Coming from the east, Field Trip location is west of Wellington. Head west on SR-80/98/Southern Blvd., turn west on to CR 880/ E Canal Street S.

Drive about 4.1 miles and then turn south (left if coming from the east) on Atlantic Mill Rd./Sem Chi Rd. (where Sem Chi Rice Mill is located). There will be flashing yellow lights at the turn, but no street sign. 

Entrance is almost immediately on your left.

Location is the Hunters check in station which has a large parking lot off of Sem-Chi Rice Road/Atlantic Mill Rd. where Sem Chi Rice Mill and the Sugar Farms Co-op are located.
